Dye Weave Pleat is a new project that brings together three exceptional Scottish makers—Cavan Jayne, VEVAR, and Acme Atelier—who are redefining traditional scottish craft. Specializing in fabric dyeing, woven textiles, and kilt making, their work highlights the richness of Scotland’s heritage and repositions it for the luxury market.Coordinated by Scotland Re:Designed (SRD), an organisation with a legacy of elevating Scotland’s fashion and textile industry since 2005, SRD continues to champion creative excellence. Dye Weave Pleat is a celebration of heritage, craftsmanship, and the future of Scottish luxury design.
